The Role: 
Take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & digital merchandising activity, shaping the Digital roadmap for a Luxury Fashion business, taking the market by storm. Working directly alongside the C-Suite team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, driving and executing the Digital strategy, through a truly transformative time.  

Essential Skills & Experience: 

• A highly strategic eCommerce & Digital Marketing background, with experience in developing & executing initiatives to deliver strong growth online 
• Demonstrated experience within Fashion & Apparel would be very highly regarded 
• Previous experience with owning the end to end Online roadmap, leading new feature enhancement projects and working alongside external Agency partners 
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, analysing and presenting key trends to drive decision making
• The ability to work cross functionally across small, tight-knit teams across Marketing, Creative, Brand, Campaign & Social, as well as external Agencies 
• Expertise in functionality enhancements, bug-fixing & building out solid CRO strategies
