An opportunity to take ownership of all CRM & Loyalty activity, formulating the strategic plan for CRM for a major Fashion brand, delivering campaigns, driving customer engagement & solid retention strategies.
The Role:
End to end management of all CRM & Loyalty activity, across data analysis, customer journey planning, Email, SMS & Web campaigns, and the over arching customer lifecycle, to drive customer engagement & retention.
You will be responsible for developing out and executing targeted initiatives, working alongside the rest of the high-performing Digital & eCommerce team and across all global markets.

The Role:

You will be responsible for developing out and executing targeted initiatives, working alongside the rest of the high-performing Digital & eCommerce team and across all global markets.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
- A solid background within CRM, Loyalty Program Management & Email Marketing, driving customer engagement strategies forward
- Demonstrated experience with managing Customer Data platforms, with exposure to multiple CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Yotpo or similar
- Strong segmentation experience & the ability to analyse large data sets and database sizes
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to work cohesively with the wider Marketing, Digital & eCommerce team to deliver a strong brand identity & tone of voice across all channels
- Strong experience with A/B Testing, driving innovation & a test & learn mentality
- Experience in Retail or eCommerce would be highly regarded, but definitely not essential
