What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow relationships with major retailers, working closely with buyers, planners, and logistics teams.
- Develop killer product strategies for both everyday and seasonal ranges.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of retail trends, sales forecasting, and category insights.
- Manage pricing, margins, and sales reporting like a pro.
- Work hand-in-hand with creative and brand teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
- 5+ years in account management, sales, or business development (bonus points for licensed merchandise experience!).
- A strategic mindset with a knack for negotiations and relationship-building.
- A love for fast-paced environments and a results-driven attitude.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to keep things sharp and data-backed.
