We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our clients global new customer acquisition strategy across all paid media channels. Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, this role will work closely with our clients external media buying agency and internal marketing teams to optimise digital advertising performance and drive growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with an external media agency to scale and improve digital advertising across paid social, PPC, display, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive new customer acquisition through innovative and data-led marketing strategies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to expand advertising effectiveness beyond existing channels.
  • Develop and execute a performance marketing funnel with a strategic channel mix.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to craft compelling, high-performing ad creatives.
  • Manage international and seasonal advertising campaigns, ensuring market relevance.
  • Continuously refine the new customer acquisition strategy and optimise ad spend based on performance insights.
  • Conduct audits and cost-benefit analyses of media partners, agencies, and SEO strategies.
  • Produce monthly reports summarizing key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Oversee day-to-day affiliate marketing operations (excluding influencers), ensuring ongoing optimisation
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising strategy within a consumer-facing digital business or agency side. 
  • Strong understanding of customer prospecting, lead nurturing, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in content marketing, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in insights, reporting, and budget optimisation.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
