You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth development and management of general merchandise products while contributing to an innovative and motivated team culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle back-end administration for product submissions and approvals.
- Maintain accurate product development trackers using MS Word and Excel.
- Upload and manage product images and data on online portals.
- Prepare and dispatch merchandise samples for review by licensors and retailers.
- Coordinate feedback from licensors and communicate revisions to stakeholders.
- Assist with PowerPoint sales presentations and product costing sheets.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, licensors, and agencies.
- Support showroom and exhibition setup, visual merchandising, and creative projects.
- Organise and catalogue samples in a user-friendly system for team access.
- Manage general administrative tasks to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product development.
- Sales and administration experience (preferred).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Apparel 21, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
