Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert outbound sales leads into long-term clients.
- Support tender submissions, client meetings, and strategic business activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Oversee logistics, sales processes, and tender applications to ensure operational efficiency.
- Deliver detailed account reports, sales forecasts, and tailored client solutions.
- Resolve client issues effectively while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience: Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally within Construction, Electronics, Whitegoods, or Procurement.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively and drive revenue growth.
- Attributes: Analytical, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Background: Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tech-savvy: Experience using IT and cloud-based tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
